美版拼多多Temu,退货退款笔记 – 4

昨晚在temu网购物,弄到差两三分钟就凌晨1点了才下单,结束。刷牙洗脸尿尿,又是凌晨1点多才睡觉。

购物都麻烦,网购更麻烦些。不管实体店购物还是网购,购买新的商品,多数在购买前都需要先去了解材质功能外观对比价格等。网购的一些设置也耗时间,这里就以Temu网为例,有最低购买限制,前段时间购物时发现,第一个帐号需购买$20或以上才行,第二个帐号需购买$10或以上才行。而昨晚的购物(在第二个帐号),本身我使用的30% OFF Coupon就要求消费超过$20。我两个帐号购物车里的物品,把一些不要的舍弃后,把要的合并到这个订单里,就是达不到$20,好像是差$1.98,这里耗了很多时间,从10点多弄到12点多,因为临时去想想要什么,首先故意排除了要扩了去操作的,比如一直有想买的一些东西,菜地的架子或网,需要根据自己的设计去寻找适合的尺寸,形状,材质等,网购肯定没有实体店买方便。价格有的实体店便宜,有的网购便宜,不一定。暂不考虑价格谁便宜,主要是昨晚想早点睡,毕竟前天太晚睡了。所以想找了不用动脑的物品,在temu网看啊看啊,刷新啊,搞到了12点多。期间也有看到太阳眼镜,后来想既然花了这么多时间,就再花掉时间买一个太阳眼镜好了,平光镜一直想买,但平光镜以后再买,在temu网也不一定能找到,太阳眼镜在temu网比较多,而且太阳眼镜是刚需,开车要用。谷歌英文翻译,防偏光Anti-polarization,防偏光太阳眼镜Anti-polarization Sunglasses,在temu网搜索,找到喜欢的款式,先找几款,对比一下,再确定几个,看产品介绍和材质,再谷歌搜索了解材质都是什么,在temu网买上一个眼镜时,查过一些资料,但现在忘了,需重新再看资料。PC、PVC、TAC等材质那种好,墨镜颜色哪种好等。太晚了,不能查看太多资料,和不能选择比对太多款式。网上也没有明显的说哪一种好,高端的有说尼龙、高端玻璃等的好,但亲民价格的PC、PVC、TAC等,很多帖子文章等都只是列出各种材料的性能,并没有直接写哪种好。我也不能花太多时间去研究,感觉pc的还不错,最后急急忙忙买了个已选好的太阳眼镜$9.98,pc材质的,不是因为pc去找眼镜,而是这个眼镜写在材质是pc,及其它眼镜写着它们的各自的材质,才去查资料对比材质。

今天早上又看到一个太阳眼镜$11.98,我已经没有Coupon了,前段时间temu下单后大概1天之内可以继续再添加物品到这个单里,但今天居然不能添加进去了,我这个单里的30% OFF Coupon还剩一点额度。我想两个都买,到手后,试戴一下,如果两个都好就都留,1个拿去送人。如果一个好一个不好就退一个…… 有两个,选中的机会就多,就避免了以后再挑太阳眼镜的时间。材质性能等就不说了,等到手后如果好,会写测试和表扬文章。这段时间太忙了,积压了很多事情没做,有几件是迫在眉睫的。还有两个孩子这几天放假,最少也要陪他们外出玩几天。

13:03了,我先把两个帐号里要跟客服说的话中文先全部写好,等下跟客服聊时,两个帐号由两个浏览器同时打开,放电脑屏幕的左右边,窗口尽量不要关,根据以前经验,窗口如果不小心关了,或被其它页面重叠,或最小化,有时谈话会中断,有时不会,当然有时是长时间没回应客服,谈话中断。所以还是把与客服聊天窗口打开,左右两边, 尽量能看到聊天对话框,中途停滞的时间,再打开另一个网页,放在屏幕中间看视频。

先从第一个帐号开始,因为有一个订单是过期的。商品截图只放没放过的,在《美版拼多多Temu,退货退款笔记 – 3》里已经放过的,这里就不再重复。

4、多功能脖套,这是无良商家,销售页面明明展示的是6种图案和颜色,收到的货却是其它图案和颜色,并且其中4条是重复的。底下也有其他客户留言在骂他/她。

5、多功能温度计,温度数应该不准,加这个我共有3个温度计,另外两个温度计(其中一个是水银温度计)温度数一直都是一样的,而这个温度总是比那两个高两三度,虽然我目前没有更多的对比测试,但我认为这个温度计应该是不准的。

temu网系统有问题,这个订单几件商品我是要求调整价格,不是退货。明明在“*Reason for return”全部选择的是“Better price available”,点击“Next step”后却变成了退货。

1、足部护理矫正器,我下订单时价格是:$1.34,我在“Return/Refund”系统中操作时Temu价格是:$0.80;

2、不锈钢心形项链,我下订单时价格是:$1.88,现在价格是:$1.18;

3、不锈钢吉他项链,我下订单时价格是:$2.48,我在“Return/Refund”系统中操作时Temu价格是:$1.48;

4、16色水晶台灯,我下订单时价格是:$12.09,我在“Return/Refund”系统中操作时Temu价格是:$8.48。

上面的“叶公子(20230401 15:03)”就是以上两个订单全部写完后的时间,在我的其它文章里规则也是一样。
