若令狐昌冰被遣送回中国，一定会遭受中共酷刑迫害的证据如下：
1、令狐昌冰是“润”、“四不青年”、“四要，要不得”的代表性人物，被全球各国主流媒体广泛报道，具有很高的影响力。
“润”中文读音与英文“run”相同，约2021年10月开始被当作“逃离中国”的专用词，2022年4月，受上海封控等因素影响，热度迅速飙升，成为中国人“用脚投票”，反对中共的热门词。
2022年4月26日，令狐昌冰克服重重困难从中南美洲走线抵达美国，成为“润”的先驱者、标志性人物，他在来的路上一路拍摄“润”视频发布在X等平台上，获得大量点赞、转发、讨论，成了“润学”导师，引领无数受压迫的中国人有了勇气逃离中国。
“四不青年”约起源于2023年3月，指大部分年轻人因生活压力大、对未来预期降低，而选择“不恋爱、不结婚、不买房、不要孩子”的生活态度，被视为“躺平”和“摆烂”文化的进一步延伸，是中国人反抗中共，“公民抗命、不合作”最直接的行动表达。令狐昌冰是网络讨论中用来解读这些词语成因的典型案例。
“四要，要不得”，令狐昌冰在2023年4月25日记者采访中表示，（在中国）“自己并不是不想找对象、买房、结婚、生子，而是根本就没能力去实现这些目标。”反应了因中共垄断国家资源，权贵阶层固化，导致青年人无论如何奋斗都无法实现阶级跃迁，不得不被迫成为“四不青年”。
这些社会现象，除了导致人才与资本的外流，更是对中共政治与社会治理的否定，对他们宣扬的“政绩成效”构成了形象上的挑战，使统治合法性受损。
而中共官方却秉持另一套说辞：
2020年1月1日，习近平在新年贺词中宣告，要在2020年实现“脱贫收官，全面小康”。
2020年3月6日，即便在疫情爆发期，习近平仍召开“决战决胜脱贫攻坚座谈会”，定调脱贫任务“没有任何退路和弹性”。
2020年5月28日，李克强在全国人大记者会上说“中国有6亿人月收入仅1000元”，用事实和数据公开揭穿习近平的盛世谎言。
2021年2月25日，习近平依然顽固地举行了“全国脱贫攻坚总结表彰大会”，并宣布中国脱贫攻坚战取得了“全面胜利”。
2023年10月27日，李克强被习近平杀死。
6亿中国人月收入仅1000元的现状，早已使“中国梦”的宏大叙事沦为谎言。实证很多，而令狐昌冰作为较早站出来、以亲身经历揭露现实并受到国际媒体广泛关注的代表，正处于“枪打出头鸟”的危险境地。必将像李克强一样，是中共要清除的目标，请美国政府履行人权承诺，全力保护令狐昌冰及所有敢于挑战极权的先驱们。

The reason why Linghu Changbing cannot be repatriated to China:
The China Citizen Action Party (CCAP) is an elite political party. “Overthrowing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s one-party dictatorship and establishing a constitutional democratic China” is the aim of our Party. Every member of CCAP is very important, I need them! ICE Immigration Prison is requested to release Mr. Linghu Changbing, and the immigration judge please approve his political asylum!
The real anti-communist is safeguarding the interests of the United States. If the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) go to war, we will fight for the United States, because the United States is the lighthouse of democracy, and we maintain democracy.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the most powerful enemy of the United States, and there are not many pro-democracy activists in the United States. The United States needs us, the opposition to the Chinese Communist Party, to help safeguard American national security and public safety.
ICE and DHS should adjust their goals and turn their energy to those real enemies: the pro-Communist, who support the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the dictatorship, oppose and destroy the United States in the United States. If necessary, I can provide some name lists to help reach the arrest indicators legally, in line with justice, positive feedback from public opinion, and without error.
If Mr. Linghu Changbing is sent back to China, he will definitely be tortured by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The evidence for the persecution of the CCP is as follows:
1. Mr. Linghu Changbing is a representative figure of “Run (out of Chinese dictatorship regime)”, “Four No Youth” and “Four Yes, Not receive”, which has been widely reported by mainstream media in various countries and has a high influence.
“Run (润)”’s Chinese pronunciation is the same as English “RUN”, and it has been regarded as a special word for “escape from Chinese dictatorship regime” in October 2021. And in April 2022, influenced by factors such as the lockdown in Shanghai, its popularity soared, becoming a hot topic for Chinese people to “vote with their feet” and oppose the CCP. a hot word against the CCP.
On April 26, 2022, Mr. Linghu Changbing overcame many difficulties and arrived in the United States from Central and South America and became a pioneer and iconic figure of “Run (out of Chinese dictatorship regime)”. On the way, the “Run” video of Mr. Linghu Changbing was posted all the way on the X (former name is Twitter) and other platforms, and received a lot of likes, forwarding, and discussions and he became a teacher of “run” and his example motivated People have the courage to escape from China.
The “Four No Youth” originated in March 2023, which means that most young people choose “no love, no marriage, no house, no children due to high life pressure and lower expectations for the future. The attitude of above “Four No” is regarded as a further extension of the culture of “lying flat” and “do nothing”. Linghu Changbing is a typical case used to interpret the causes of these words in online discussions. It is the most direct expression of the Chinese people who resisted the CCP and “citizens disobedience and non-cooperation”.
“Four Yes, but not received,” Mr. Linghu Changbing said in an interview on April 25, 2023, (in China) “It’s not that I don’t want to find a partner, buy a house, get married, and have a child, and It is simply incapable of achieving these goals.” It reflects the fact that because the CCP’s monopoly on national resources and the solidification of the powerful class, the young people cannot achieve class transitions no matter what they struggle and be forced to become “four no youth”.
These social phenomena not only lead to the outflow of talents and capital, but also deny the political and social governance of the CCP, and pose a real challenge to the image of “good performance” promoted by them (Chinese Communist Party), which damages the legitimacy of the rule.
However, the CCP official upholds another set of rhetoric:
On January 1, 2020, Mr. Xi Jinping (who is President of the People’s Republic of China) announced in the New Year’s congratulations that he will achieve a “poverty alleviation and a well-off society in 2020”.
On March 6, 2020, even during the outbreak of the epidemic, Xi Jinping still held a “Symposium on Decisive Battle for Poverty Alleviation” to set the task of “no way out and elasticity” for the task of poverty alleviation.
On May 28, 2020, former Chinese Premier Minister Mr. Li Keqiang (who highly possible was murdered by Mr. Xijinljng) said at a press conference of the National People’s Congress that “the monthly income of 600 million people in China is only 1,000 yuan (RMB)”, and publicly expose Xi Jinping’s prosperous lies with facts and data.
On February 25, 2021, Xi Jinping still stubbornly announced at the “National Poverty Alleviation Summary and Commendation Conference” that China has achieved a “comprehensive victory” in the battle against poverty.
On October 27, 2023, Li Keqiang was killed by Xi Jinping.
The current situation of only 1,000 yuan per month of 600 million Chinese people has already made the grand narrative of the “Chinese Dream” a lie. There is a lot of evidence, and Mr. Linghu Changbing, as a representative who stood up earlier, revealed the reality with personal experience and received extensive attention from the international media, is in a dangerous situation of “shooting the first bird”. 3. On March 24, 2022, Linghu Changbing and his friend YE XIAOFENG protested the CCP with banners of “Recovering Hong Kong, the Revolution of the Times” and a banner of supporting a famous Chinese chained woman. During the interview, Mr. Linghu Changbing shouted The slogan “fuck you, Xi Jinping.”.

4. June 7, 2022, Linghu Changbing Published an article “Small Suggestions for Overseas Democracy Movement” on the China Forum on the Human Party website.

5. Linghu Changbing donated money to party members. At 10:00 pm on December 6, 2024, the China Citizen Action Party founding member party Mrs. Wu Ziyan in Thailand entered the hospital emergency ward (ICU) with a sudden cerebral infarction, and the members of the China Citizen Action Party donated a total of ฿103,271.00 baht, of which Linghu Changbing donated ฿3,271.00 baht. 6. On January 28, 2026, Wang Zhian, a former CCTV (China Central Television) investigative reporter, based on my online support through Twitter for Mr. Yuan Jue, Mr. Linghu Changbing and Mr. Chen Weijie and others, made a YouTube special video “”Party and state leaders” were arrested by ICE The loss of the overseas pro-democracy movement is immeasurable!”, as of today, more than 1.05 million people have watched it.

Since we called and sent a letter to the prison, the prison did not notify Mr. Linghu Changbing and caused the letter was returned back to me, and has been unable to contact Linghu Changbing. It was not until March 6, 2026, with the help of lawyer Zhang Jinrui, that the first phone call with Linghu Changbing was completed. And on about March 18, 2026, lawyer Cristian I. Palafox of Mr. Linghu Changbing helped to apply for the “Motion for Continuance”, but there is no response from court until today.
Although there is not much time left for us, the above materials are enough to meet requirements for asylum application. Please approve Linghu Changbing’s political asylum. Thank you very much!
